The projects / tasks are planned and teams are given freedom to work on them as per the discussed schedules. There is depth and technical understanding in the Management Team which makes is easy to plan and execute the projects / tasks. Company works on many new and emerging technologies (React, Node, blockchain, etc.) which makes it a great place to learn while to work on enterprise level development.
