I'm sorry to hear that you found our work culture challenging. We are committed to creating a positive and inclusive environment, and your feedback prompts us to evaluate and enhance our culture. I understand that compensation is a crucial aspect of job satisfaction as per policy decision we don't pay stipends to Software Interns now. We used to pay it earlier but after getting exploited by them we have stopped doing so.
