Symrise fragrance team has good working environment .(Flexible working hours+ Free food) Though the office is not big but you will get that lively vibe while working of you are in Symrise fragrance team.Upper management (CI- division) is sensitive and clear

Unfortunately the same working culture has not been in CI division..I won't say that I dislike but this are improvement areas * Specify your requirement at time of hiring as designation is KAM but actual job is of Business development . * Patience is Key when you are entering into new market or pushing new product. *They should leave controlling kind of environment and give autonomous culture to employees. * Sometimes, lack of empathy ..
