Boss is so supportive and makes you part of the team with very ease. She give preference to her team first. One of the best boss I've worked with. She will make sure to help you grow professionally along with her. Culture is very supportive and open for new suggestions.

Actually, there was nothing which is appreciable. I guess the SWIFT is an OK paymaster and salary used to come on time.

Culture is the worst part of SWIFT. SWIFT is a cooperative society and not a company so it has an extremely laid back attitude. The people have been working there for more than 30 years and so the culture is that you can't afford to piss them off. Whatever they say, HR has to believe blindly. No zeal to work hard and get the things done, just wasting time in making connections with others and doing unnecessary meetings. At one point my manager's son was reporting to me.
