It's a good company to work, good & supportive teammates make work more easy but working system & process is very slow they should implement user friendly software & easy to understand process so people from different & learn easily & can chose logistics as their career, job security for Sales team is risky depends on performance but yes some of the cases management do consider, yearly appraisal are not they grt salary is average, their is lots of politics in the middle & top level management, learning wise it's good monthly training programmes are conducted, working environment is okay , have lunch for all once in a month, they invite innovative ideas also, work & life balance is also okay but some of the departments don't enjoy personal life I feel like is worst all sit till late office timings are 10am to 6pm but Al sits till 8pm or something 10pm also so not good personal life is no where yaa but we get alternate Saturday off with all Sunday holiday...Read More

Some time very boring some time is gets very challenging due to day to day sales challenge & to do lot of follow up with other departments due to lack of system & software support some people work like Robert they don't use logic or brains to work smoothl
