Really really bad work culture, not at all professional. Boss and team leaders expects you work late at night in office, nothing else matters to them if you are a girl or anyone. Main boss and one team leader is very clever, in evening(when it's time to leave) he gives lots of work and expects to complete it in that day only. Main Boss is very impatient, very very rude. They will shout and embarrass you in front of everyone for small small mistakes, which will definitely make you cry. Money minded people. They will not encourage you for anything. Sometimes too much pressure. You will have to do overtiming if you are running behind your project schedule.
