5 day working, (CONS-They will make you work in Saturdays as well) Company will not teach you anything, you have to learn their way of working on your own if you are smart enough or else they will kick you out.

Really really bad work culture, not at all professional. Boss and team leaders expects you work late at night in office, nothing else matters to them if you are a girl or anyone. Main boss and one team leader is very clever, in evening(when it's time to leave) he gives lots of work and expects to complete it in that day only. Main Boss is very impatient, very very rude. They will shout and embarrass you in front of everyone for small small mistakes, which will definitely make you cry. Money minded people. They will not encourage you for anything. 1.There is so much work pressure all the time that you will learn things but by on your own if you are good enough. No one helps or guide you in office. If you ask for help, seniors think you are a noob and they talk behind your back.(politics) 2. 5 day working ( but usually they will call on Saturday) . They tell you friday late evening around 7-8 pm that you have to come on Saturday and work. No compensation given 3. Only good thing is Salary comes on time....Read More

1. If anyone wants to join SWBI then be aware that you have to loose your family, friends, hobbies any mostly everything since they want you to work 24x7. 2. No parties or get together. Boss makes lot of money ( obviously if you suck everything out of a person you will make money). He doesn't care about any of the employees. Very less salary structure for most of the people with extremely high expectations. 3. They give full big big projects to freshers without any support and guidance and if you make a mistake, boss shout at you in front of everyone and you can be laid off anytime. 4. Some of seniors and the main boss doesn't know how to talk to anyone. Since they are very loud and bold. They treat you like a construction labour. Mostly they shout at people in front of everyone so that everyone should know its a dictator office, even if you didn't made a mistake. No manners at all. They keep judging you. So if anyone joins, be prepared to get embarrassed in front of everyone. 5. Work culture is bad, office hygiene is worst. Mouses roam everywhere in office. If you drink tea then I would prefer to make your own tea because I once saw mouse in pantry inside tea vessel in which tea is made. 6. Good for mid level architects. Salary on time. You will get to work on good corporate fit out projects. Designing of Google, microsoft, bharti, lg corporate offices.

Dislikes

Sometimes too much pressure. You will have to do overtiming if you are running behind your project schedule.

Personal life is finished if you join swbi, as per rules all Saturday and Sunday off day, but due to work load I have to go all Saturday eve Sunday also. Timing 9:30AM to 6:30pm as per offer letter But actually time is 10AM to 9PM Every work should be finish end of the day.
