I'm in a operation department there was Healthy environment, and supportive team and the total of good experience on there and very helping nature of manager's.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is very slow and about salary very hardly they were increase. It's very slow growth.

Generally, my work is not totally hectic but some times we have pressure of work but our manager's are handle all of this so some time it's challenging but over all I enjoying this....

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
