Worst place to work In assembly department as i worked there, no-one is coperative neither forman nor manager. Even the GM is selfish,he makes the sunday i.e officially weekly off to be the working day & says it's company requirements... No good behaviour to employees at all No leaves given even after giving an emergency problem..& still if we took leave then the foreman just put the person on completely different stage to work and says it's your punishment for not obeying me,just to satisfy his anger & ego. No job security it's in foreman& manager hand to continue you for 1 year.if you have yes in their yes then you are continuing for NXT year otherwise they say he's attitude problem they won't continue even if the employee have best skills. Many employees from assembly department have also resign due to this , also me too. They have max 4 year to give job then they say tata bye bye... Worst company. They spoiled our future only....Read More
