Swaraj automotive is growing company. Every year company grow with new Bussiness and l have to learn and training about new Bussiness part and development of part.

Dislikes

Company work pressure is very high. I have completed the work 12 to 14 hours it's only occurs when new part develop.

My work is slightly challenging as I have to look after entire product quality and distribution life cycle as well as manage inprocess quality improvement.
