I am writing to share my honest feedback regarding the work-life balance and leave policies of our organization. The current policies are quite rigid and significantly impact employee morale: 1. Performance Bonus Criteria: The eligibility for performance bonuses is tied to an availability threshold of 255 days in the office. This is excessively high and discourages employees from taking much-needed breaks. 3. Lack of Uniformity: Policies are not applied uniformly. While some employees are exempted or have different terms, others are held to stricter standards, creating a sense of disparity and unfairness. These policies are detrimental to employee well-being and work-life balance.
