Being a City Project Officer in urban area, I have been forced to work in quarantine center located at Rural area. Although cleanliness is directly related to the mission, there must be certain guidelines that could be followed to make the mission reach near ti goal in such pandemic situation, but receiving warning letter cause of remaining at home during lockdown period demoralise an employee's gist....Read More

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
