The liveliness of the employees

You cannot have a personal life in SVF. If you are married or plan to have a kid after marriage, your job is at risk as you will be replaced or asked to leave the job. It happened with me as i was asked to put down my papers post my maternity leave. After working for 8 years in that firm this was the result for me.

The management is severely lacking in providing work/life balance, job security, and a safe working environment. Employees can be let go at any moment without warning, and there's no structured appraisal timeline or goal-setting process. Everything seems great on the surface, but it's detrimental to mental health. Managers openly mistreat employees and company operates with unethical business practices. Management is very good but colleagues have not given me proper support

Having passed out from NID did not get proper respect and opportunities to contribute to this company. Politics and bad culture need to be stopped and everybody should respect each other. Management does not try to understand the issues and give proper counselling.
