Svc bank is community base bank where community is prefer over talent.Bank offers very low salary than industry standard one cannot afford to stay in metro city with this low salary. Longer working hour and being in bank have to work on alternate Saturdays too.Union and association are just sake of name and do not oppose any stupid HR policies for example one cannot take privilege leave between January to March and other month you cannot avail as seniors will not make you to take leave. In case if you go against HR for any reason then your life will become miserable. Lot of office politics that feels like you are working with idiots. Senior people are very egoistic if they found you are smarter than them then just create unnecessary troubles for you for no reason.You have to follow stupid order otherwise life will be tough for you. I will suggest better not to join this organization to ruin your career and life.Better to join somewhere else....Read More

Bank's staff was good and very friendly.there was so many things to learn.so many activities were conducted.there was no work pressure.and mainly the freedom to work as per your convenient.

All was good.as i was working on contract basis so there was no growth,no increment,only the limited work.

As i was a counter clerk.so i had to interact with bank customers.so it was challenging to face the so many queries from customers.and satisfy them by solving their queries.but i learned a lot by interacting day to day different customers.overall was good
