Higher management lack ground level knowledge. Blame game is common among middle level management. Good for ground level entry. They don't understand how to deal with management trainee.

Very bad. I had stayed 6 month in different hotels and till the time of separation they didn't provide me with any location.

Svatantra is better than other company , Svatantra is supporting for EMP in covid pandemic time, many company had cut Salary of EMP but our Svatantra is not deduct any EMP salary.

Ghatiya company hai kewal jati wad hota hai chhote jati ke employ ko kisi na kishi farji chij me fasa kar tarminate kar dete hai aur jo bade jati ke ho kamishan kane ke bad bhi working hai

Worst working culture which I have ever seen in my career. Being an HR person I would say, there is nothing like HR in organisation, only focus on to exploit people by any way. There is no any dispute management or employee engagement there. Worst experience.
