Zero job security, yes if you want money for short term,you can join but due to the top level work load pressure & politics,they will fire you instantly. Negative work culture, everyone searching new job. All policies are just a show off for audit purpose only, no adherence on ground floor. Yes you can self skilled up due to the high pressure,they will not provide any training and also not support for the same. Salary increment depends on your manager but manager frequently change due to zero job security so don't think much. First and the foremost, management team is so inefficient that you can be sure that company is going towards downfall, in another 2 years probably they will not exist. Any new employee who has the offer, be ready for incongruous pay cuts, no pay back of allowances and any time blame game. MD seems to be illiterate and has an immediate team of CFO and VPs who clearly can't even write simple mails. Senior Management is Awesome- Loved it. It is difficult for some to understand them. Myself understood them perfectly and will always be greatful for their support. They support you as you are their own. Awesome family like environment with professional boundaries. It's amazing how we disagree in a civilized manner and treat one another with respect. My superior was Rakesh Yadhav Sir a gem of a person. In office many things happen. However, he supported and guided me through everything. Svarn should have more people like RY Sir. Overall you do your best rest superiors will pitch in to support you. That's the Svarnian Way. Freedom to do your best and take permission where required. Loved the freedom to do my Job. It will be hard for some to adapt but it's not a big problem. If you want to Join. Have open heart, learning attitude and take failures as stepping stone. They have started a positive moment and hopefully will become one of the greatest in the country. Awesome people and attitude is supportive. Few are frustrated tenured employees and hence Management takes additional care to mentally support them. The best part is management will monitor it's asset and it may come to you as a surprise when they give promotion to you whole heartedly. Management can not support every one all the time hence if you hit a bad day. You need to relax yourself and then approach the management again. Myself never gave any pain to my superiors. Be aware of few frustrated employees they may give you negative vibes. Just remain positive as Svarns Management is not blind they see everything. However, remains silent for their right time to respond. If you stay for 5 years hear the things that you will get is awesome. Nothing negative about this organization Usually Politics, Dramas and few Shangri-lama's who know it all.
