Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team

Specially COVID -19 Lockdown Suzuki paying the full Salary to all Employees. No any Deduction in Salary. After COVID-19 lockdown Com pany works as Govt. guidelines Like -Social distance, No Hand Shake, wearing the Mask and gloves. Company Provides the Extra Bus to Employees to Maintain the social Distance. & Before Entering the Bus in the plant Sanitizing the Bus and also check the Driver Temperature. And Also check the All Employees temp. Specially Suzuki makes the sanitizing Boot .Before Entering in Plant all Employees go to in Sanitizing boot for sanitize the body. They provided salary but on the other hand forces its employees to come and work in company But in company there is no safety As they provide a ppe kit but only for once They provided us 2 cotton masks but u have to use it for months Neither they are maintaining social distance and also working with full manpower , work culture is poor , only work is important nor employees life...Read More
