Terrible work culture, If there is no choice then come here without any hope.Oem desire fulfill here. But no oem perks get here. Company provide Sick leave, PL,CL but department not allow to take these leave, each year these leave added on.

No work management, no benefits for employee,its japanese company so each perks goes to japanese only.No increment on time always 5-6 months delay,No diwali bonus. Company is situated in village, approx 45 km no any city.In village no transportation system for city.
