I think no one should go for this company if you really want to achieve something in your life. If you are ready to work in suzlon it just means you have no goals in your life. Work for engineers and labors is same there is no difference between them. No salary hike Nothing to learn. Facilities are good. Don't waste your life . Thank you.

The main issue in Suzlon is the management is not taking care of its employees. The uppermost management is giving facilities to their lower management but the adminstration team and site in-charge are not giving benifits to their employees. This is mejor issue I've been facing scene I've join this group.
