The only part is that you will never loose your living while working here

The management is the worst, people will harass you and work you 24 hours a day for as long as you dont break, then they will criticize you if you want to take rest , they will work you for months on end before actually giving you a break. If you are south indian its best company , they have a huge lobby. The HR was the worst, he will harass you no link or communication between HO and Site Team, no one comes to check the work culture, instead they will work you till death. The salary is the worst they will cut 30% of your package as X+Y+Z. If you have a death wish please join the team or else work in Inox or other wind companies at low salaries I will never recommend this company even to the devil himself...Read More
