Such a terrible place to work .. no work life balance ..no shift timing .. shift starts at 9AM but the end of the shift is 11 to 1 AM approx .. don't promotion and apprisal for your effort .. much more partially in company .. once you are a fresher for Suzlon .. don't spoil your startup career here ..
