There are many salary delays, no PF investment but they deduct from salary, extreme working hours like(2 AM - 10 AM, 6 PM - 2AM), Top management little messed up

As you must have got the briefing from previous reviews here are some of my enlightening reviews. I had a terrible experience,the company's culture was one of the worst I've encountered. There was a lack of transparency in decision-making, with important changes being implemented without any communication to the employees. The management frequently favored certain employees, creating a sense of favoritism and unfairness. There was also a lack of support for employee growth and development, with minimal training opportunities and no clear career paths. The overall work environment felt toxic, with constant stress, fear of reprimand, and a lack of camaraderie among colleagues. I was disappointed which made me quite frustrated due to the lack of proper documentation provided. As someone who values transparency and efficiency, During my engagement with the company, I encountered documentation related issues .[Joining Letter,Pf Details, Experience Letter].Despite repeated attempts to obtain the required documents, I faced delays and a lack of responsiveness from the company's representatives (Director). This experience not only hindered my ability to proceed with my future professional career effectively. Proper documentation is not just a convenience; it's an essential aspect of any professional interactions.
