Third class HR & Accounts Team, Superior`s no support, motivation. Absolute third class language of Boss, HR & Accounts.

Good workplace for freshers as well for career movers. Company has a firm cultural base of JISL. Dealing business with hand to hand support of JISL dealers network is somewhat secured. Good work environment throughout all Verticals.

Dislikes

Salary and career growth are average compared to same industries in market.

My learning at SAFL grown a I expected. I got very supportive and encouraging environment. Especially my Supervisors were always supported.
