Breakfast Lunch Tea Staff bus etc. Facilities.... But afterall it's not matter because For BE Mechanical student work like operator or not skill work. No growth in our knowledge.

No carrier growth Increment is very low Production operator work for BE as well as 10th pass student so can't grow your skill

Suspa pneumatics is a major automotive industry that makes gas springs for commercial and passenger vehicles .suspa pneumatics can be treated as a company where you can get a pre-career industrial exposure.you will get to know about the systematic processes happening in a firm by working here.The company keeps a better relationships with employees and the work culture is good

Sometimes they use young, vibrant ,skilled , enthusiastic trainees for unnecessary works and sometimes the superiors compel to do extra duty no matter what one likes to do so or not.

Even though the production target is higher than I expected ,I enjoy the moments working there.the senior colleagues train to operate any machine in a safe and easy manner
