Since its located in Gurgaon, the students are a competitive lot & as a Faculty you love to teach. The prime location is a plus point Co-Faculty are good

Dislikes

There are a lot of administrative issues. The HR and accounts never respond to your queries. They even donot release full and final payments of ex employees as well as payments of visitng faculty and jurors. The management also does not credit increments

Due to market unstability I have worked at Sushant University.

Management is not consistent. They didn't care about their employees. Salary didn't came on time. To much Organizarion Politics.

It is the most unprofessional and unethical organization I have ever worked in. Not recommended for anyone having progressive career.

No job security even at senior positions, salaries can be delayed by 2 to 3 months, a lots of internal politics togeather with favourism, derth of competent leadership and a huge financial constraints and lack of resources

It is at its worst, you won't get proper leave even if there is a death of a family member inspite of having balance of leaves with you.You are expected to work and perform without salary for months. The expenses incurred from pocket are not reimbursed

My overall experience till date in the university has been quite enriching. Sushant University has provided me with an environment that allows me to explore and learn new skills.

Best university in Delhi NCR. Most of the faculty member are PHD. Most Importantly one thing is attracted me toward the Sushant university . The location is awesome and around the university feel like a futuristic place.
