It you want to do a social work then join this university because they don't pay salaries Five Months salary is due and finally I had to leave without getting penny for five months

It is the most unprofessional and unethical organization I have ever worked in. Not recommended for anyone having progressive career.

Dislikes

No job security even at senior positions, salaries can be delayed by 2 to 3 months, a lots of internal politics togeather with favourism, derth of competent leadership and a huge financial constraints and lack of resources

Work Details

It is at its worst, you won't get proper leave even if there is a death of a family member inspite of having balance of leaves with you.You are expected to work and perform without salary for months. The expenses incurred from pocket are not reimbursed
