Honestly I started my professional career in suryansh hotel as a captain & really enjoyed my work with such a great team. Really missing that environment....

Dislikes

Nothing like that its a very good hotel for me but only if leave that property to take me a next level of my carrier I got a very good experience when I was there..

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
