Only good thing about this school is good infrastructure. Management and Current vice principal and principal have no vision and the school is suffering for that.

Dislikes

Very basic school. There are no good senior secondary level teachers. Even recently, one good senior physics teacher was forced to retire and instead they brought in a cheapskate teacher who cannot handle Engineering and Medical Entrance questions. Very pathetic state of academics. Management is not very supportive of teachers. Another Sports teacher also resigned due to the above mentioned problems....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
