The company has an Office In Pune. The People at the head Office had a very good perception of people on site but all this was not implemented on site. The engineers on site were in very bad condition. I am talking About my site personally. Project managers used to be closer to supervisors than engineers, supervisors were not allowed to write DDS. All this stuff was for Engineers only, Apart from this Engineer has to do all the work that one supervisor does. There was discrimination from site to site, some may have enough vehicles and coolers in the canteen and some may not (in My case we do not have those facilities). Newly Joined engineers were bombarded by work. There was always a shortage of machinery on site, due to which we had to work for overnight....Read More
