I get to choose what I work on, and most of the work that I do directly has an impact. Very high rate of growth and trust/responsibility is given if shown promises. The growth in the company focuses on both personal and career, with challenges given to us time to time to reflect on ourselves. Leadership and mentorship is given to all employees.

More time is given for people who struggle, inter-dependent tasks with other teams could take a while.

We can do whatever is related to work and try to learn something new or updated. Every surfer (colleague) is our mentor and mentee which means we teach and learn from each other. We are working as a family

We have a very different culture compared to other companies because every employee in the company owns upto their responsibilities, and mentor mentee model gives freshers a great learning experience. out of all i like the amount of exposure we get here.
