There's is nothing what someone to be liked about this company. Employee who's not getting job in market can work here suffering by very bad culture and unprofessional owners. Those who have either no self respect or already secured better positions that too by not using own brain and listening with blindly following very moody mana gement are the ones who're working in this company and eventually the one will become one of them by no time if work here for more than a month. Its is family own business who's fortunate enough to have money but no sense of running large scale business. MD is having lot of over ambitions, misconceptions and showing others dream of millennium trillennium but still having a mindself of chicken shop keeper who know only chaff animals for own profit but no sense of responsibility for atleast raise and cultivate them. He's strong promotor of Elders, country and Religion but still disrespectful towards double the age peoples, keep business with countries like china and ask you to come to office on festivals. This organization is definitely not a something which someone should expect for themselves. Begging for salary after working full month and receiving it after 45-50days is way worst than begging on highway. Owner have strict policies regarding what to eat and what not inside premises and on other side employees sometime asked to drink tap water when filter is breakdown. Forget about clean water and privileges like tea or coffee but basic facility like fresh air and light if asked to HR, management is taking it as conspiracy against company and can fire you....Read More

I worked here for 8 months... Not a employee concerned company.... Even if u r having fever they will force you to come office.... The company was in containment zone of covid 19 but they forced everyone to come office but managers dint came to office... Politics is on top level in the design department.... Worst experience not a wor th to work...Read More

Company pets are so friendly else nothing good.

Hr team is very very rude, never pay salary as per discussion, every time deduction was happen through senior HR. Design Department is very very very bad.senior manager is have tremendous attitude. Burden of work and deadlines and over night work. Bad treatment for employees. Never join this company as a Design Engineer at any cost . Sunday is also working sometimes but not get any benifits.
