The HR Head at the Parel office always listens to Admin Kishor Salian and HR Manager Vijay Jangid, believing and acting on whatever they say, regardless of the truth. This blind trust enables them to manipulate situations, lie about staff members putting false intigrity issue against them and consolidate their power to rule the office. The directives passed down from this group are followed unquestioningly by HR and Admin staff in Vasai, further reinforcing the toxic hierarchy. Notably, Kishor Salian, an admin with three serious POSH complaints for mental harassment filed by female employees, remains employed and has even been promoted. Despite his unprofessional conduct, including habitual smoking and inappropriate behavior, he enjoys unwavering support from the HR team at the Parel office. Similarly, another HR Manager who is his best friend known for dishonesty and manipulation, is part of this favoritism circle. Both individuals openly praise and protect each other, creating a toxic alliance that undermines the workplace.
