Management is like they're are correct always and no one take responsibility of mistake they keep shifting on the new comers. Production incharge is family person and he don't care about quality and production targets he takes his work and get completed. Without any quality. Time is only strict for incoming.and no outgoing time . Waste company and its policy...late sallery .Credit sallery on 10 th to 20 th of the month.ownr will sign lately on check....Read More

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
