Best thing is that Teammates are very cooperative.

Teammates are cooperative but not the Senior Authorities, there is no Training Culture in company, Job Security depends on every month performance in marketing, as anyone's business comes down for more than a month then it comes to his job, Career growth is so slow in company, Salary/Appraisal is terrible in company, Traveling Allowance Rules are of our Ancestors times,Politics is like every company culture, Learning depends on your hard work only, no one will come to teach you, Work Environment is average, Work Life Balance is good in marketing....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
