Working culture needs lot of improvement. The Supreme as a group is Very good, I don't have words to explain but there is lot of cultural issues in Noida Plant.

Dislikes

1. Seniors underestimate junior 2. Political culture 3. Pull down the employee who have capability to groom within the company. 4. Pull down the employee to whom Top Management support.

* Top Management is very lenient. * 100% support from the Top Management. I received all opportunity to implement my knowledge also lot of opportunities to enhance my knowledge and skill. * If you are a performer and coming in the good books of Top Management then definitely will get lot of opportunity to perform and excel.

* Sr. Management of Noida Plant is not too much performing and they always pull the leg of the employee who is getting attention from the Top Management of the company. They start bullying him/her. And always attack on individual's character. They start spreading character based rumor's of the employee. Working culture is also not good. Management staff is forced to perform all kind of job (unskilled job- like contractual manpower job). * Not a good working culture for Women. * The corrupter (6-7 members top to bottom management) having very cheap mindset about women employee. * Top Management must look into the Noida Plant, there's a big trap which is creating very poor working culture within the Plant. ^ If anyone wants to sustain in the plant then the employee must have to work according to them, like do not use your brain....Read More

A lot of politics is everywhere..you can say little bit is also here..one thing more female candidate are very less here compare than others.

Too much poltics happened. Upper levels staff does not have knowledge how to run the plant . They said every work is done by operators. This is bad thing also they put false allegations on operator.
