Outdated mindset of workforce, People are not ready to embrace the change, Management also not manuring / maintaining the tree but expecting for sweet fruits. New management programs are not driven by Top management. Middle management struggles for driving the people. Not updated with up to date legal requirements and labor laws gives headache during resignation.
