As the work is at the client location, we like to give maximum best work. Co-workers at client locations are always ready to help.

Dislikes

There is no bonus facility, colleagues are not supported, and vacations are less. There are no holidays during festivals.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
