Good work environment and culture. Teamwork are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and give good salary hike and bonus year.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to play multiple role and helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
