The people in the location are really helpful. HR Team was given flexibility.

Dislikes

1. Whole of the management sits in Coimbatore location and none is in Chennai 2. Since everyone is in Coimbatore, almost for all the opportunities preference will be given to their location in terms of growth, promotion, etc 3. If an employee leaves in Chennai, there won't be any replacement in Chennai. It will happen in Coimbatore 4. Poor office infrastructure 5. Toxic work culture - Not employee friendly 6.
