The culture of work attitude was like a boss of our own. Very pleasant mind and a problem solving attitude with our co workers. Really good atmosphere to work here. Very much clearance with what is going on day to day with the team and ourselves.

Independent is provided in working plan. Experienced Developers helps to guide the project flow. "Coding Standard" they all talk about here. No partiality between senior vs junior developers.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
