I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. The best place to start your career in HR profession. As they deal with big players in market, so not wants to join. The location is perfect in a metropolitan city. Whole female staff is there, which encourages the women empowerment this is the best part of Super Consultancy.

I had the best working experience with Super Consultancy. As a fresher, I joined there and learned a lot of corporate things. Left the office as a AM in Operations due to personal reason but the enviornment I feel there never felt anywhere. Good Luck to the company and highly recommended for freshers and working professionals.

Environment is vry negative....teammates there is no bonding...there's no transparency...dont give salary on time....evn dnt give fnf...nd evn they didnt given me salary of 21 days....very bad experience working over there....
