Unprofessional HR policies Unprofessional Managers. Manager misbhehaves with team. He make them work 12 hours daily. Even after that much work he misbehaves with them. You will not even get sundays off as there will always be some urgent work from him.

Management is amazingly cooperative . If the particular employee is managing all his/her work efficiently then for sure they would appreciate your performance and would avoid being bothered about your trivial errors.

At times, performance of various personnels get hidden because of one or the other reasons. Management should try to stay more connected with the entire work chain of the Company. They generally remain very much concerned about all their employees its just that they need to be more focused.
