Too much office politics Some managers are gender biased they would not want female staff onboard because they won’t be able to use abusive language. One particular manager will overrule every one in the company. Favourable promotion to same caste persons only. Most of the hard working and senior staff are not valued. You have to beg for WFH facilities even though you have medical emergencies. HR is the worst she don’t even know how to make a salary slip a simple salary slip. Only if you can speak good English you are paid higher irrespective of any knowledge or experience you have. The company is mostly hiring and firing employees....Read More
