To work this organization is good to improve knowledge and communication skills to gain knowledge.because working shifts in all areas for example discharges, insurance ,and admissions to get grip of knowledge.

Management is not that great, for employees facilities are not good , for employees reliving times not correct if we work extra time there is no OT.from management , if we comming l5 to 10 mints late to office half day salary cut.
