The management cares for their staff. e.g. In this covid situation not a single staff is travelling in public vehicle. company has arranged private car for the pick and drop. I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
