Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?

Nothing is good about Sun Plus Software Technologies.

Dislikes

The founder, Ms. Sarita, treats her employees inhumanely. She used to force me to do things like drop employees to their houses when it used to rain, threaten my job security, and made me work over time, to which no compensation was given. While leaving the company she gave insensible reasons and cut more than half my month's pay.
