Sungard AS Is a hidden gem. To be very honest the pay-scale is among the best and class leading.. compared to what we call as a Standard. Work culture here promotes transparency and opinions from very grass-root level are taken into consideration. Management is very approachable for any issues and concerns that an employee may have. HR and other work policies are also mostly employee friendly.

Dislikes

Sungard as company is struggling since last couple of years to stay up within the market. Due to which whole leadership team is changed in last 2 years.. this has led to multiple re-structuring of internal teams. This has affected some individuals, but again it was all due to high level business decisions.

Work Details

I started as senior member in Service Desk, and after 2 years i was prompted to Incident Manager. The Compensation offered to me(when i switched team ) was very much in-line (Or above) the market standard and NOT just based on my current compensation.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
