In Sungard, all my work is like a project for a week. So we do have work pressure but it is easily manageable and only 2-3 days a week. The rest of the day is just relaxation. The result and feedback of the customer give good satisfaction. Management here is best, no micromanagement at all. Excellent work culture I have been experiencing for the last 5 and half years. Company policy is always in favor of employees. From the job security point of view, I would say most of the time it's in the hand of the employee. But external factors like the economy does create a concern for job security. Sungard is a health concern for its employee and from time to time there are sessions on food habits, yoga and walking, running, etc. Alsolucrative/monetary prizes for achieving health targets....Read More

Dislikes

When I joined Sungard, we got a meal at the beginning of the project, but now it's not. That's the only dislike I feel. Team outing is not happening and its due to Covid.

Work Details

I would not say much about my work here, but I love my work most. It gives me good satisfaction. I get chance to share my knowledge and skills with colleagues. The best is I can have a lab with high-end servers to enhance my skill
