Company lacks with process and doesn’t pay incentive for work done. Employee is not paid incentive for the quarter if you quit after the quarter. Please be clear with Job description while hiring because we end up doing different job after joining

I should say this i completely worked for 1 year from 2022 June 10 to 2023 June 4 i worked like a mission not only me everyone who is working in recruitment team still Iam from recruiting team. Including Saturday sometimes Sunday as well with out pay but still there is no value for that. And after working one year i didn't get anyhike because of politics from my manager they finally tagged me i am not a performer. Finally they saked me. They did all whatever they could....Read More

My overall experience with Suneratech was smooth and excellent. All the team members are so coordinatively and having good team spirit. HR Team, Payroll and IT Team are very supportive.

I didn’t see any pros over here. Only thing all the senior leadership acts as smart .most of them non technical .

Office location(Uppal) far form the city Not a process oriented organisation Only one major telco client and is merged with Verizon.already there are some many vendors with Verizon.they will have hard time to compete with other vendors. Not recommended for the senior people.if you are techie leader then you won’t be stay here more than 3 months.
