Job is secure here.. working culture is good . Management is understandable and helping.more exposure to growth within varanasi

Dislikes

I won't say that it is the best place to work .The only thing people would dislike is the working frame hours and pressure. But personally I don't feel that because when you connect yourself to good institutions they always look forward to provide the best and set benchmark so pressure is obvious.

If you like to work in a challenging environment then this is the right place, full of learning experience and when your are under right people then sky is the limit to learn

Dislikes

The only thing I disliked was multiple command.At times that was a single problem I felt else I was totaly satisfied in that environment

My work as an "Activity Incharge" was more open to diverse work.from preparing students for comoetitions ar diiferent level to conducting the assembly.It was more like an event manager which was always innovative
